Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to WLHIP-3 ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our decentralized trading platform built on the Hyperliquid network. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are of legal age in your jurisdiction
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You are not located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction where cryptocurrency trading is prohibited or restricted
• You are not subject to any sanctions or restrictions imposed by any government or regulatory authority
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

3. Services

WLHIP-3 provides a decentralized trading platform that enables you to:

• Trade perpetual contracts and spot markets
• Manage your trading positions and portfolio
• Access real-time market data and order books
• Execute various order types (Market, Limit, TWAP, Scale, etc.)

Our platform operates on the Hyperliquid network, a decentralized exchange protocol. We do not custody your funds or act as an intermediary in your trades.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the security and confidentiality of your wallet private keys
• All activities that occur under your wallet address
• Ensuring that your wallet is properly secured and protected against unauthorized access
• Verifying the accuracy of all transactions before execution

We strongly recommend using hardware wallets or other secure storage methods for your private keys. We are not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your wallet.

5. Trading Risks

Trading digital assets involves substantial risk of loss. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Digital asset markets are highly volatile and prices can fluctuate significantly
• Leveraged trading amplifies both potential gains and losses
• You may lose your entire investment or more than your initial margin
• Positions may be liquidated if margin requirements are not met
• Network congestion or technical issues may affect order execution
• There is no guarantee of liquidity or market depth for any trading pair

You should only trade with funds you can afford to lose. We recommend consulting with a financial advisor before engaging in leveraged trading.

6. Fees

Trading fees are determined by the Hyperliquid protocol and may vary based on your trading volume and fee tier. Fees are automatically deducted from your account when orders are executed. Please review the fee schedule available on our platform for current fee rates. We do not charge any additional fees beyond those set by the protocol.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use our platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Engage in market manipulation, front-running, or other abusive trading practices
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use automated systems or bots in violation of our policies
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our platform or the underlying protocol
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our platform

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, if any.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WLHIP-3, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of our platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using our services.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our platform at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason including but not limited to violation of these Terms. You may stop using our platform at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
